MarCom Specialist - Remote US

DescriptionWhere the Chemistry Happens As a MarCom Specialist you will generate and coordinate marketing campaigns and communications that support sustainable sales of our Vegetable Seeds products and strengthen our identity in the market.
This is a remote role, eligible for any location based within the United States.
As a MarCom Specialist you create chemistry by Building and executing a communication plan for his/her region of responsibility - US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Preparing an annual MarCom plan as outcome of the Country Marketing Plans, including budget allocation.
Defining a communication plan with our partner distributors for shared publicity Collaborating with Corporate Communications to facilitate internal communication in the team and strengthen our brand in the market.
Maintaining internal systems, ensuring they are up to date:
Image Bank, SharePoint and QuickBase (project management database where we reflect the overview of activities and budgets) Organizing exhibitions and events Searching and selecting suppliers with strict adherence to the procurement and compliance guidelines Being responsible for Digital Marketing activities such as establishing a clear and attractive content plan for social media.
Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalentYour formula for success Bachelors degree in marketing, communication, digital marketing, publicity or other related subjects or equivalent experience (if degree is in an unrelated area of study).
At least 2 years experience in marketing communications.
Preferred experience with a Business-to-Business marketing in multinational company.
Experience leading campaigns from start to finish; organizing events and exhibitions; managing vendors; managing budgets and databases.
Project management skills to initiate campaigns and engage sales team in campaign development.
High level of personal organization to maintain multiple projects running in parallel and keep databases up to date.
PC literate (Office and graphic design software like Corel Draw or Illustrator, Photoshop) Previous agriculture industry experience, preferred Ability to travel 15% within the US/Canada You @ BASF At BASF you get more than just compensation, Medical & Dental.

The competitive base pay range for this role is $87,520 - $120,340.
Actual pay will be determine based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
